Your child is invited to participate in our 9th Annual Recital, “A Night of Legends”. Enclosed you will find the information for him/her to join us. The studio is not just a recital school; therefore no student should feel they have to dance in the recital. However, it is a great experience for the children and a wonderful opportunity to showcase all of their hard work from throughout the year.

To qualify for the show, each student must attend 80% of the year's lessons, all rehearsals and be fully paid for the entire year's tuition and all costumes. Students are required to remain backstage for the entire performance. The recital will run approximately 21/2 hours.
Costumes are $85 or $95 (depending on size). Measurements will be taken November 15-November 24. If your child is absent during this time period, their measurements will be taken at their next class attended. Tights will be included with your costume. Costumes cannot be canceled and therefore they are non-refundable. Costumes will not be released if there are any outstanding account balances. You may pay your costume fees in full at the time of ordering or you may choose to pay in two (2) installments. A $50.00/ $60.00 deposit is required for each costume being ordered. All deposits are due by November 24, 2010 and balances will be due by February 28, 2011. All balances must be paid in cash ($35). There is a $15 shipping and handling fee for any costumes ordered after November 30, 2010.
There will be a charge for participation in the end of the year performance of $100.00 per Family. This fee will entitle each family to 2 tickets, a DVD of the recital and a recital finale t-shirt. Any additional tickets will be sold on ticket day for $22.00 each, additional t-shirts will be sold for $20 each and additional DVDs for $50 each. All recital fees must be paid in cash. No checks will be accepted. As always both your guaranteed tickets as well as additional tickets are given out on a first come first serve basis.
